This was a really fun and challenging project to match the quality of the custom builder who built this home. We installed a new bathroom and finished a soundproof bedroom on the upper level of this house. The bathroom included a large walk-in shower with the schluter waterproofing system, tile throughout and on the whole wall behind the fixtures, multiple doors for access from the bedroom and hallway, stunning sconce lighting, and an open chrome vanity. In the bedroom, we installed 4 LED high hats, Windsor style trim on the windows and doors, wide Ogie base trim, and engineered hardwood floors. We finished it off with cabinet grade trim and door paint and used Sherwin Williams Duration on the walls.
